Vipassana-Malankara Sabha Seminar
The Plattinum Jubilee Memmorial seminar of Malankara Sabha Magazine was held at St.Mary’s Orthodox Church(Muttel Pally), Kuttanparoor
(Chengannoor Diocese).Fr.Dr.John Thomas Karingattil(Chief Editor) inaugurated the seminar.Fr.Tiju Abraham(Vicar) presided over the function.
Dr.Siby Tharakan(Director-Vipassana) made the key-note speech on ‘Role of Emotional Support for Elderly persons’.Dr.Annamma Varghese( Rtd.Deputy Director,RRI) and Dr.Rosamma Alex( Rtd.Joint Director,RRI)made presentations on ‘Meaningful Old Age’.
Mr.K.O.Varghese(Secretary,SSF) and Mr.T.Kunjummen spoke on the occassion. The programme was jointly conducted by Vipassana Emotional Support Centre and the Senior Citizens Forum of St.Mary’s Orthodox Church(Muttel Pally), Kuttanparoor.
