തുമ്പമണ്‍ വടക്കേക്കര സെന്‍റ് മേരീസ് കാദീശ്താ ഇടവകയില്‍ കിഴക്കേമണ്ണില്‍ പരേതനായ പി. സി. ജോഷ്വായുടേയും മേരിക്കുട്ടിയുടേയും മകനായി 1971-ല്‍ ജനിച്ചു. കോളജ് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസത്തിനു ശേഷം 1994-ല്‍ ഞാലിയാകുഴി മാര്‍ ബസേലിയോസ് ദയറായില്‍ പുണ്യശ്ലോകനായ ഗീവര്‍ഗ്ഗീസ് മാര്‍ ഈവാനിയോസ് തിരുമേനിയുടെ ശിക്ഷണത്തില്‍ ചേര്‍ന്നു. 2001-ല്‍ സെമിനാരി വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം പൂര്‍ത്തിയാക്കി 2002 മെയ് 2-ന് മാര്‍ ബസേലിയോസ് ദയറായിക്കു വേണ്ടി പൗരോഹിത്യം സ്വീകരിച്ചു. 2004-ല്‍ ആദിമ സഭാപിതാക്കന്മാരെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള പഠനശാഖയില്‍ എം.റ്റി.എച്ച്. ബിരുദം നേടി. ചുരുങ്ങിയകാലം നാഗ്പൂര്‍ സെമിനാരിയില്‍ പഠിപ്പിച്ചു. 2006 മുതല്‍ 2010 വരെ അമേരിക്കയില്‍ വാഷിംങ്ടണ്‍ ഡി.സി. സെന്‍റ് തോമസ് ഇടവകയില്‍ സേവനം ചെയ്തു. ബാള്‍ട്ടിമോര്‍ സെന്‍റ് മേരീസ് യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റിയില്‍ നിന്ന് ദൈവശാസ്ത്രത്തില്‍ എം.എ. യും 2013-ല്‍ എം.ജി. യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റിയില്‍ നിന്ന് സുറിയാനി ഭാഷയില്‍ എം.എ. യും 2015-ല്‍ ബാംഗളൂര്‍ ധര്‍മ്മാരാം വിദ്യാക്ഷേത്രത്തില്‍ നിന്ന് ആരാധനാ ദൈവശാസ്ത്രത്തില്‍ പി.എച്ച്.ഡി. യും കരസ്ഥമാക്കി. പാമ്പാടി മാത്യൂസ് മാര്‍ ഈവാനിയോസ് ഐ.റ്റി.ഐ. യുടെ സെക്രട്ടറിയായും പൊങ്ങന്താനം സെന്‍റ് തോമസ് പള്ളിയുടെ വികാരിയായും സേവനം അനുഷ്ഠിക്കുന്നു.
