Dr. Shibu George has been unanimously elected as the President of AOI (Association of Otolaryngologists of India), Kerala State, the official body of ENT Surgeons, in India, at the recently concluded annual meeting held at Tiruvalla. Dr Shibu is at present working as Additional Professor of ENT at Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram. He did his MBBS from Medical College, Alappuzha and MS (ENT) from Medical College Kottayam in 1996. He had worked as faculty in Medical Colleges, Kottayam, Alappuzha and Pariyaram from 1996. A passionate teacher and author of text book for undergraduate students, he has keen interest in skull base surgery and Neurotology. He has been a faculty in many workshops and CME programmes within and outside the State. Dr. Shibu George is a member of St. George Orthodox Church, Chandanapilly, Pathanamthitta.
