St.George Orthodox Cathedral, Abu Dhabi felicitated their Sunday School Student Ms.  Jais Johnson Kattoor for being selected to participate in “Proud to be an Indian” programme to be conducted by Asianet News, with the mission to promote the feeling of patriotism among Indian Students studying in GCC and Kerala schools.

167 teams (334 students) from Indian Schools of Abu Dhabi and Al Ain contested in the OMR test on Indian History at Abu Dhabi test center and 3 were selected.

The selected team members of “Proud to be an Indian” will fly to New Delhi, to attend the Republic day parade and will visit various historical sites (Jaipur, Agra etc) and top government offices during the trip which is scheduled from 24 January 2015 to 30 January 2015.
Ms. Jais is the daughter of Mr. Johnson Kattoor and Mrs. Anu Johnson, active Members of the Abu Dhabi Cathedral. Mr. Johnson Kattor was the Zonal Secretary of OCYM UAE Zone.
