SUPREME HEAD OF INDIAN ORTHODOX CHURCH ON TWO DAY VISIT TO BHILAI
Bhilai : His Holiness Baselios Marthoma Paulose II, the supreme head of Indian Orthodox Church (also known as Malankara Orthodox Church) is visiting the Steel City of Bhilai on 29thand 30th October. H.H. Marthoma Paulose II, who is the spiritual leader of about Thirty Lakh Indian Orthodox Christians shall preside over the Golden Jubilee Celebration of M.G.M Senior Secondary School, Sector 6, Bhilai at 6pm on 29th November at the School campus. Shri Prem Prakash Pandey, the honourable minister for higher education shall inaugurate the valedictory function of the Jubilee celebration.
In a solemn ceremony at 12pm at St. Thomas Ashram, Kailash Nagar, H.H. Marthoma Paulose II shall hoist the flag marking the opening of the 8th Memorial Feast of Archbishop Dr. Stephanos Mar Theodosius who nurtured MGM Group of Educational institutions that consists of St. Thomas College Bhilai, Christian College of Engineering and Technology and about 30 Schools in Central and Eastern India.

ഒക്ടോബർ 29-ന്‌ നടക്കുന്ന ഭിലായ്‌ എം.ജി.എം. സീനിയർ സെക്കണ്ടറി സ്ക്കൂളിന്റെ സുവർണ്ണ ജൂബിലി ആഘോഷങ്ങൾക്ക്‌ മുഖ്യാതിഥിയായി എത്തിച്ചേരുന്ന പരിശുദ്ധ കാതോലിക്കാ ബാവാ പിന്നീട്‌ എം.ജി.എം. വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുടെ സ്ഥാപകനും, മലങ്കരസഭയുടെ കൽക്കത്താ ഭദ്രാസനത്തിന്റെ മുൻമെത്രാപ്പോലീത്താ യുമായിരുന്ന ഭാഗ്യസ്മരണാർഹനായ ഡോ. സ്തേഫാനോസ്‌ മാർ തേവോദോസിയോസ്‌ തിരുമേനി യുടെ 8-ാമത്‌ ഓർമ്മപ്പെരുന്നാളിന്‌ തുടക്കം കുറിച്ചു കൊണ്ട്‌ കൈലാഷ്‌ നഗറിലുള്ള സെന്റ്‌ തോമസ്‌ ആശ്രമത്തിൽ നടക്കുന്ന കൊടിയേറ്റിന്‌ മുഖ്യകാർമ്മികത്വം വഹിക്കും.
