Mr. M. Varghese (Kunjumon, Chembur, Mumbai ) 76 yrs, TCS (retired from Tata Power Mumbai), left for his heavenly abode on 22nd January 2015.
He was one of the founder members of St. Gregorious Othodox Church, Chembur & Board member of St. Gregorious ICE high school Chembur. He served Dadar St.Mary’s & Chembur St.Gregorious Churches’ many committees.
He is the elder brother of SGOS secretary Mr. George Abraham, Powai, Mumbai and Grant son of Late Rev Fr. Kochukoshy, who served St. Gregorious of Parumala in Thirumeni’s last days, and son of Nakkolakkal Puthenmadathil Late Mr.M K Abraham & Late Mrs.Thankamma Abraham.
Funeral will be held on Monday 26th January. Prayers and homage will begin at his Chembur residence from 08:00 AM, followed by the funeral service at Chembur Mar Gregorious Church at 10:30AM. The funeral will be held at 12:30 PM at Sewri Christian Cemetery Mumbai.
He is survived by his Wife Achamma Varghese -Thiruvinal, Adoor.
