Fr Varghese Philip Idichandy, Vicar, St Gregorios Church, says the newly reconstructed church is unique having the specialty of 8 icons installed at the top of the domes having 8 arches. The 8 icons represent various phases from Annunciation of the Lord to Pentecost, which makes the church the only one among all other Orthodox churches in Bengaluru to have this.
Fr Idichandy along with the church committee under Mathew K Samuel (Treasurer), C Yohannan (Secretary), and L Thankachan (Church building coordinator), have extended their invite to grace the occasion with prayers and presence.
