The inauguration of Dayakirana Adoption Centre was held on 9th November, 2018 at 12 noon. The Adoption Center was sanctioned by It is the first of its kind in Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church.The meeting was presided and Adoption Center was inaugurated by H.G.Dr.Abraham Mar Seraphim (Vice President – St.Gregorios Dayabhavan & Metropolitian, Bangalore Diocese).
A District Orphanages Meet – KALARAVA was also held during the day giving a platform for the children from various orphanages to exhibit their talents. This was a dream project of St. Gregorios Dayabahavan and was conducted here for the first time in Karnataka.
