On 11th<\/sup> September, 2015, St Thomas School, Indirapuram hosted the Inter-School Competition for the Kindergarten Wing, by the name of \u2018UTSAV 2015\u2019. The theme of the day was \u201cJungle mein Mangal\u201d.\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong>The Chief Guest for the day was Mrs. Reeja Ninan, Principal, Modern School, Sector-1, Vaishali. The event was graced by Chairman Rev. Fr. Saji Yohannan, Principal Mr. V.K.Kuriakose, Vice Principal Ms. Shali Nair, Head Mistress Ms. Rachel Reji and other distinguished guests. 28 schools of\u00a0 Delhi & NCR actively participated.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the outset, the comperers started off welcoming the guests and everyone present. The programme commenced with an interesting presentation on \u2018A Journey through the life of \u201cThe Missile Man\u201d \u2013 Late Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n

The competitions were categorized as:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. ARTISAN : Tear and Paste<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. STORYTELLER : Story enactment<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. IMAGINER : Creative Drawing<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. FOLKLORE : Ethnic Tribal Dance<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In the competition ARTISAN, the theme was Lion in the Jungle wherein Presidium, Vivek Vihar bagged the First Prize.\u00a0 St. Teresa School, Indirapuram bagged the Second Prize and Fr. Agnel School, Noida bagged the Third Prize.<\/span><\/p>\n

    In the competition STORYTELLER, the theme was Afforestation\/Save tiger wherein Presidium, Anand Vihar bagged the First Prize. Fr. Agnel School, Noida bagged the Second Prize. St. Francis School, Indirapuram bagged the Third Prize.<\/span><\/p>\n

    In the competition IMAGINER, the theme was Jungle Scene. JKG International, Indirapuram\u00a0 bagged the First Prize. G.D.Goenka, Indirapuram bagged the Second Prize. Riviera Public School, Indirapuram bagged the Third Prize.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The last competition was FOLKLORE \u2013 Ethnic tribal dance.\u00a0 Presidium Indirapuram bagged the First Prize. Indus Valley Public School, Noida bagged the Second Prize. St. John\u2019s Model School, Mayur Vihar bagged the Third Prize.<\/span><\/p>\n
